1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Minute Academy, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Developer Program License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service
Minute Academy is an English learning app that provides:

• A 7-day free trial with full functionality.
• Three subscription plans: Monthly, 6 Months, and Yearly.
• No automatic subscription—users must manually select and purchase a plan if they wish to continue after the trial.

3. Subscription and Payments
Minute Academy offers the following subscription plans:

• 1 Month: $0.99
• 6 Months: $3.99
• 1 Year: $5.99

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions are purchased manually through Google Play or the App Store.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Users have access to content during the subscription period.
• Auto-renewal may apply based on App Store and Google Play policies. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions via their account settings.

4. Free Trial

• The 7-day free trial provides unlimited access to all features.
• After the trial ends, users must purchase a subscription plan to continue using the app.
• No automatic charges are applied after the free trial—users must opt in for a subscription.

5. User Responsibilities
Users must not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app’s content.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the app.

6. Limitation of Liability
Minute Academy is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Errors, technical issues, or service interruptions.
• Third-party services (e.g., payment providers).
• Any losses or damages resulting from app use.
• Compliance with Apple’s Developer Program License Agreement or App Store Guidelines.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms. Changes will comply with Apple’s Developer Program License Agreement and relevant regulations.
